Dr. Joanne Monterroso, Medical Oncologist/Hematologist is now seeing patients at Swift County Benson Hospital every other Wednesday. Dr. Monterroso received her MD from the Universidad Francisco Marroquin, Guatemala. She completed her residency at Michigan State University-Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies and her fellowship from the University of Vermont Medical Center.
Dr. Monterosso is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology/Oncology. She is a part of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology.
Dr. Monterroso is located at the Willmar Regional Cancer Center. She is also the visiting specialist at Swift County Benson Hospital and ACMC Redwood Falls. Dr. Monterroso is fluent in both Spanish and English.
