Payment Options
Willmar Regional Cancer Center offers several programs to help patients with resolving their medical bills. These include:
- Payment in full
- 0% bank loans
- Payment plan arrangements
- Financial assistance
At your first visit, a patient account representative will ask you for your insurance cards and billing information. It is important that you understand the extent or limitations of your coverage. A patient account representative will stay in touch with your insurance company throughout your time at WRCC. With required information and your written authorization, we will be glad to file your claim with your insurance company or healthcare organization.
If your insurance coverage appears inadequate, or if your insurance company chooses to not cover your service, a financial counselor with Rice Memorial Hospital can help you to identify assistance programs that might offer help in meeting your financial obligations. They may also provide you with a list of financial assistance questions for the county, if needed.
